To be eligible for a return, Products must be returned to Trident Wholesale Pet Supplies in their original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase or the receipt.
Once we have received your item, it will be inspected by one of our staff and you will be notified that the item was received by us. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.
If your refund has been approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment, or one selected by you, the customer. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s refund policies.
You, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs getting the same new replacement item to you will be covered by Trident Wholesale Pet Supplies.
