Products may be returned withing 30 days of purchase for refund of full purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, duty, sales tax, and customs charges. Customers wishing to return products must first obtain a returned goods authorization number by calling 1-800-719-3890 or email Attention: "Customer Service". Shipping costs on returned goods must be prepaid by customer. Goods returned "collect" or "postage due" will be refused.

Invoice totals will be in Canadian dollars for credit card processing. Invoices will be charged to credit card on the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Method of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or prepaid by money order, (no C.O.D's).
7% Goods and Services Tax will be applied to all shipments within Canada.

Back Order Policy: We regret that we cannot backorder any products. We will make every effort to ship your order complete. Please re-order any items that are out of stock.

Shipping: We ship via Parcel Post and Loomis Courier. Shipping charges are extra.
A $5.00 handling charge will be applied to orders under $25.

Returns Policy: Items must be returned within (postdated) 30 days from shipping date. Electronic equipment, scissors and clipper blades must be returned within (postdated) 14 days of shipping date.

Please obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number from our office before returning any item. Products returned without a RGAItems will not receive a credit. Product returned for credit must be in resellable condition, intact with original packaging. Returns must be sent postage paid. We do not accept COD packages.
